Amy Schumacher
Amy Schumacher brings her excellent eye for detail and client relations to J. Caldwell Custom Pools. Amy brings almost 30 years of sales and client relationship building to our team. She is passionate about client satisfaction. Getting to know you and your individual personality is her top priority and she delivers a truly custom and personalized result time after time. Her well-trained eye for detail shines in the completion of each project. Amy has been married to her husband, Brent for 12 years. They are parents to a daughter, Kennedy, and a much-loved dog, “Yote”. In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her
family and friends at their deer lease in West Texas.
Ashley Martinson
Ashley Martinson brings over 20 years of experience in sales, excellent customer service, and commitment to hard work. She gives her full attention and can listen to her customer’s needs. Her communication skills ensure her customers are confident in her and J. Caldwell Custom Pools and that they trust Ashley will provide a great experience and product. Her educational background includes a Hospitality Administration degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. When Ashley is not designing and selling swimming pools, she enjoys running and watching her two teenage sons’ sporting events with her husband and dog, Celina.
Hiedi Aaron
Hiedi Aaron graduated in 2009 from Tarleton State University with a Business Administration Degree. She began working for J. Caldwell Custom Pools in 2012. She has worn many hats at J. Caldwell Custom Pools including Office Manager/Accounting/Purchasing and Remodeling. She recently decided to move over to our New Construction Sales side. She has a dedication to customer service and loves helping her client’s backyard vision come to life. She is a dedicated employee, wife, and Mom of 2. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching her kids in their sporting activities.
Miranda Martin
Miranda Martin brings over 10 years of experience in customer service, sales, and attention to detail. She started with J. Caldwell Custom Pools in 2013 and her outgoing energy and personality have served her well as a sales and design consultant. She entered the pool industry to explore her love for design
and she found a home at JCCP along the way! Miranda enjoys the challenge of working on elaborate and out-of-the-box projects and her diligent work ethic proves just that. Driven by customer satisfaction, she takes pride in providing the best design experience and making her clients’ dreams come to life! Outside of the office, Miranda enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, and fur babies
Tanya Metz
Tanya Metz has been in the design industry for over 20 years. For the past 8 years, she has been honored to work at J. Caldwell Custom Pools. Her passion for function and attention to detail has allowed her to create memorable backyard spaces for her clients. She holds an associate degree in Business Management and resides in Keller, Texas with her son. When she is not selling amazing projects for J.Caldwell Custom Pools, she enjoys concerts and watching her son golf.
Taylor Christopher
Taylor Christopher attended Stephen F. Austin University and the University of North Texas and began working alongside John Caldwell in 2002. Holding positions as construction administrator and sales agent, she gained invaluable on-the-go experience in the industry. Ready for a new challenge, it seemed a natural fit to partner with John to open J. Caldwell Custom Pools in 2007. As Vice President of sales, Taylor has created many award-winning backyard designs for her clients to enjoy all year round. Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys camping and spending time outdoors with her husband and son.
